Hyperdilute Radiesse from Lamb Medical
Hyperdilute Radiesse Available in Pittsburgh
How is it different from regular Radiesse?
Regular Radiesse is a thicker, calcium-based filler used to restore volume and contour in the face and hands. Hyperdilute Radiesse is thinned with saline and lidocaine, allowing it to be spread more evenly over larger areas and used more as a biostimulatory treatment than a volumizer.
What areas can be treated with Hyperdilute Radiesse?
- Neck and décolletage
- Upper arms
- Buttocks (to improve crepey skin or cellulite dimpling)
- Thighs and knees
- Abdomen
- Face (for fine lines and texture improvement)
- Hands
What are the benefits?
- Tighter, firmer skin
- Smoother texture
- Reduction in crepey or thin skin
- Gradual, natural-looking improvement
- Long-lasting collagen stimulation
Is the treatment painful?
Discomfort is minimal. The solution is mixed with lidocaine to reduce pain, and a topical anesthetic may be applied before treatment.
How many treatments are needed?
Most patients need 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for best results, with maintenance treatments once or twice a year.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience some swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection site, which typically resolves in a few days.
How long do results last?
Results build gradually and can last 12–18 months, thanks to ongoing collagen production.
Is it safe?
Yes. Radiesse is FDA-approved and has a long track record of safety. When hyperdiluted and administered by a trained provider, it is considered very safe and effective.
